THE SECRET GARDEN REQUIRES AT LEAST 48HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, THIS ALLOWS US ENOUGH TIME TO TRY TO FILL THE SLOT, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
NO SHOW -
WE OPERATE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY WHEN IT COMES TO NOT TURNING UP TO AN APPOINTMENT WITH NO NOTICE, IF THIS OCCURS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE TREATMENT COST. NO FUTURE BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.
NO SHOWS WILL THEN RESULT IN THE SECRET GARDEN NEEDING A 100% DEPOSIT FOR ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS MADE. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING IF PAYMENT ISNT MADE WITHIN 24HOURS,

RESULTS IN NO CANCELLATION FEE
UNDER 24 HOURS- RESULTS IN A 50% CANCELLATION FEE OF THE TOTAL OF THE TREATMENT COST, NO FUTURE BOOKING CAN BE MADE UNTIL CANCELLATION FEE HAS BEEN PAID.
IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED IN THAT REQUIRES A PATCH TEST IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE SECRET GARDEN TO ARRANGE THIS, IF YOU DO NOT ARRANGE OR TURN UP FOR A PATCH TEST WHICH RESULTS IN THE APPOINTMENT NEEDING TO BE CANCELED THEN WE WILL REQUIRE A 100% DEPOSIT FOR ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS MADE. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING IF PAYMENT ISNT MADE WITHIN 24HOURS, ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED.
DEPOSITS-IF YOU HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS, THIS NEEDS TO BE PAID WITHIN 24HOURS UPON BOOKING REQUEST, THIS WILL THEN SECURE YOUR BOOKING.
IF YOU CANCEL LESS THAN 24HOURS 50% OF THE PRE PAYMENT WILL BE KEPT AS A CANCELLATION FEE AND 50% WILL BE KEPT ON FILE AS A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. (The 50% deposit can be refunded upon request)
IF YOU CANCEL ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT OR FAIL TO TURN UP WE WILL KEEP 100% OF THE PRE PAYMENT AS A NO SHOW FEE.
(Deposits will be requested for large bookings, or due to repeat cancellations. The Secret Garden, has the right to request a deposit, or change the policy’s without any written warning)
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT THE SECRET GARDEN YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE POLICES.
Please be aware that if you attend your appointment late we may need to reschedule to a more suitable time, we can only wait a maximum of 10 mins after your appointment time to be able to start your appointment. Any longer than this and we will have to reschedule and you will be liable for the cancellation fee.
unfortunately we can not facilitate children.
While we understand this can be frustrating it is a safety issue for both us and your child. Please ensure you have childcare arranged prior to your appointment, if we have to reschedule on the day you will be liable for the cancellation fee.
some of our treatments require a patch test, this must be completed a minimum of 48hours prior to your Treatment.
If you have any health issues you must inform us immediately as we may need to re patch test.
we will re patch test every 6 months
If you are under 18 you cannot have our full range of treatments. Please contact Us for further information. You will also need to get a parental consent form signed prior to any treatment, we will provide, if you are under 16 you will also need a parent or guardian present throughout your treatment.
All payments for treatments must be made in full upon completion of your treatment.
All vouchers are valid for 6 months, these are not refundable, unfortunately I can not replace the voucher if you loose it.
We hope that you are happy with the treatments from The Secret Garden. However, if you are unhappy in any way please do not hesitate to contact us straight away so we can rectify any problems as soon as they occur
Consultation Forms will need to be completed every 6 months, if your health changed you must inform me immediately.
